Microneedling therapy with PRP is used to treat acne scars, fine lines, uneven skin tone, pigmentation & poor texture on all skin tones. It is less aggressive than laser resurfacing & reasonably pain-free. Microneedling causes controlled micro-injuries to the skin. The skin responds to these micro-injuries by producing new collagen and elastin. This healing process stimulates the healthy functions of the skin and in turn improves overall texture, pore size, scarring, fine lines, and firmness. When platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is introduced to the microneedling treatment the PRP which is rich in growth factors, decreases healing time and stimulates tissue regeneration. Typically, a series of treatments are recommended to achieve significant improvement, and 1-2 treatments every 4-6 months to help maintain results. There is mild downtime with microneedling w/ PRP treatments including redness, mild swelling, and some flaking/peeling skin that can last about 2-5 days.

Injectable dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face by plumping up the area of skin suffering from volume loss. Aging naturally leads to subcutaneous fat, volume, and bone loss. Fillers help to restore volume loss, augment certain areas of the face (lips, jawline, cheeks, chin) and help to slow down the aging process. If you’re not ready for a surgical facelift, fillers are a great way to start! See all our Injectables.
Injectable neurotoxins (Daxxify, Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) are the most popular single cosmetic procedure in the U.S. and are mainly used to smooth dynamic wrinkles, or those wrinkles that form as a result of facial movements like frowning, squinting, smiling and other expressions we tend to make day after day. See all our Injectables.
Lips are the most popular area to inject filler. Lip fillers add volume to thin or aging lips, create curves and contours to the lips and are a very aesthetically pleasing procedure. Depending on what type of filler you use, lip fillers can last anywhere between 6-18 months. There is minimal downtime with lip filler injections including mild bruising, swelling and tenderness that can last about 5-7 days. It does take about 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer, for all swelling to reside and see your final results. Most patients are very happy after one syringe; however, some patients like to come back 6-8 weeks after their initial injections to add another syringe.
Chemical peels help improve fine lines, acne scarring, uneven pigmentation, and more when done in a series of treatments. We offer a variety of chemical peels and skin treatments to help maintain the results of our more in-depth treatments. Chemical peels are usually done in the fall/winter months to allow the skin to heal with minimal sun exposure. Aftercare is very important following a chemical peel. Sunscreen and avoiding direct sunlight is imperative in your healing process. Using the correct medical-grade skin care products following your chemical peel will help to maintain your results.
PDO thread lifts use needles that are pre-loaded with a PDO (poludioxanone) thread. The needle is inserted underneath the skin, and then removed leaving the PDO thread under the skin. There are multiple types of PDO threads: smooth, twist, and barbed. Barbed threads help with the foundation of the skin to lift and tighten and are typically used in the mid-face, jawline, neck, and above the brows. Smaller threads are used in a mesh pattern to rebuild collagen loss in areas like the crow’s feet, around the mouth, and nasolabial folds. The threads stimulate collagen synthesis and the skin structure created will hold for about 12-15 months. There is some downtime with PDO thread lifts including bruising, swelling, and some tenderness that can last about 1-2 weeks after treatment.
